Hi Mr.President

Thank You for your service for the past 8 years. Thank You for keeping us safe and protected and for taking out Sadaam. I literally cried when Obama won. The real reason you had the authority to take him out is his violation of 17 UN Resolutions and not for oil like the liberal media wants to make us think. I also know the WMD's were there as well when we first went into Iraq. I am a little upset by the fact that you had to leave office, but that is the way our government is run. Even though I am a Reagan Conservative I really hope that Obama does well in this War On Terrorism. Because how he does will affect all of us. I hope Obama does come to you for your insights and advice.

I wish you and all of your family (extended family) well in the coming years. Tell your mom and dad that I appreciate their service in protecting us and that they are still in my heart and prayers as well. I wish I could have met you and Laura while in office or even now (if that would even be possible). Take care!

Sincerely, your conservative friend

Mr. President,

I simply wanted to say thank you for your eight years of service to our country. Always remember that there are those people out there, and I am one, that understand you kept us safe and made the difficult decisions that did just that. History will remember that you did what it took to keep us safe.
